Refund Policy

For reservations cancelled 60+ days prior to the planned date of arrival, 20% of total booking amount will be charged.
50% of total booking amount will be charged for cancellations received within 60-20 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation 20 days prior to reservation date or no show (if you do not check-in on the scheduled arrival date) will result in no refund.

Force Majeure

Satya Andaman shall not be liable for any cancellation, modification, or refund arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, civil unrest, strikes, or any other event that may cause the website or the resort to be unavailable or inaccessible.
